Diversity and Inclusion Policy

We are committed to creating and maintaining a work environment that is fair, inclusive, and free from discrimination.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and third parties engaged by RGA. It covers all aspects of employment and business interactions, including recruitment, promotion, training, work allocation, and supplier engagement.

Policy Statement

RGA is committed to:

Responsibilities

All employees are expected to uphold the principles of this policy in their day-to-day work.

Managers are responsible for promoting EDI, providing guidance, and addressing any concerns.

The company Director has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy.

Reporting

Employees and contractors are encouraged to report any breaches or concerns via line management or HR. Reports are treated confidentially, and appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.

Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant to RGA's operations and aligns with best practice in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
